These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at threatneuralai.life (the "Site"), operated by Threat Neural AI Inc. ("Threat Neural AI," "we," "us," or "our"), a British Columbia corporation with its principal office at 1008 Homer Street, Suite 110, Vancouver, BC V6B 2X1, Canada (BN 274905163 RC0001).

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. These Terms apply to website use only; professional services are governed by separate written agreements.

1. About Threat Neural AI

Threat Neural AI is a defensive cybersecurity consultancy providing threat intelligence, neural threat detection, SOC augmentation, authorized adversarial testing, LLM application security and assurance reporting for client organizations. We are a professional services firm — not a hacking-for-hire service, spyware vendor, training course, wellness brand or self-serve security product.

Information on the Site describes our services in general terms. It does not constitute an offer, guarantee of outcomes, or promise that security incidents will not occur. No provider can guarantee complete security.

2. Permitted use

You may use the Site for lawful purposes consistent with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any manner that violates applicable Canadian or international law;
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems, networks or data;
• Transmit malware, automated scraping tools or excessive requests that impair Site performance;
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us;

The Threat Neural AI name, TN monogram and associated branding may not be used without prior written permission.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or commercially exploit Site content without our express written consent, except as permitted by fair dealing under the Copyright Act (Canada).

4. Contact form and communications

When you submit information through our contact form, you represent that the information is accurate and that you have authority to provide it. Submission does not create a client relationship or obligate us to accept an engagement. We process contact form data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and PIPEDA.

We aim to respond to enquiries within two business days but do not guarantee response times. Communications through the Site are not suitable for reporting active security incidents requiring immediate action — retainer clients should use designated escalation paths defined in their engagement letters.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components. Security-related information on the Site is general in nature and may become outdated. It is not a substitute for professional advice tailored to your specific environment.

Illustrative figures, case studies and metrics on the Site are not promises of future results. Past engagement outcomes do not guarantee similar outcomes for other clients.

We use AI tools in our professional services; AI outputs can produce false positives or miss issues and require human review. References to AI on the Site describe our service methodology, not autonomous decision-making without analyst oversight.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THREAT NEURAL AI INC. AND ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM WEBSITE USE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED CANADIAN DOLLARS (C$100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in such cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Professional services engagements are governed by separate written contracts that prevail over these Terms where they conflict.
