Threat Neural AI Inc. is incorporated in British Columbia and operates from Suite 110 at 1008 Homer Street in Vancouver's Yaletown district. We exist because most organizations have more threat data than they have people qualified to interpret it.
OUR STORY
Why we built a different kind of security firm
The name combines three ideas we refuse to separate: threat as defensive intelligence — understanding adversaries so you can protect assets, not hiring someone to attack strangers; neural as the pattern-recognition layer that watches telemetry when humans cannot; and AI as augmentation, never replacement, for analyst judgment.
We are not a wellness brand despite the .life domain. We are not a hacking-for-hire service, a certification academy or a product you subscribe to and forget. We are a consultancy whose deliverables are briefings, detection improvements, incident support and assurance documents your board can read without a glossary.
Founded in Vancouver, we serve clients across Canada — from BC healthcare networks to Ontario financial firms to prairie energy operators. Remote delivery is standard; on-site workshops in Vancouver are available when in-person collaboration materially improves outcomes.

How we work with clients
Authorization first
No testing, access or monitoring beyond what your engagement letter explicitly permits. Scope changes require written approval.
Analyst accountability
Every escalation carries a human name, a timestamp and a confidence assessment. Models suggest; analysts decide.
Honest limits
We say when we are not the right firm, when a tool gap exceeds our remit, and when a breach guarantee would be dishonest.

We maintain a bench of affiliated specialists for surge capacity during major incidents, always vetted and bound by the same confidentiality terms as our core staff. We do not outsource client communication to offshore ticket queues.
